Charge framing against 337 Pilkhana mutineers Oct 24

Dhaka: A special court of Bangladesh Rifles on Tuesday fixed October 24 to frame charges against 337 suspected BDR men of four directorates and Rifles Sports Board in Pilkhana for their alleged involvement in February 25-26 mutiny.
Prosecutor of the case Lt Col Kamrul Islam read out the charges against the accused before the Special Court-6.
The court, led by BDR Director General Major General Rafiqul Islam, sat around 10:25am and continued till 11:30am.
The other members of the court are Deputy Attorney General Mohammad Didarul Haq Akand and BDR official Lt Col Mohammad Nurul Alam.
The case was filed against the 337 jawans with New Market Police Station by Nayeb Subeder Assistant Khorshed Alam.
So far 202 border guards have been detained in connection with the case filed on various charges including murder, loot and arson. The rest 135 are still doing their job. http://www.thedailystar.net/newDesign/latest_news.php?nid=25243
