TULSIPUR: An identified gang of five-six persons shot dead Devi Prasad (Hemraj) Dhital, chairman of Tulsipur FM, on Thursday evening, while he was returning home from Urahari in Dang.
He was rushed to Rapti Zonal Hospital, where he succumbed to bullet injuries. He was hit in the chest. Dhital was in Urahari, as he was to contest NC General Conference representative polls.
No arrest has been made so far. Entrepreneurs in Tulsipur had been receiving threats from criminals of late.
